TC4整体式叶轮的数控加工工艺研究

Study on CNC Machining Process of TC4 Monolithic Impellers

  • 摘要: 结构的加工难点,制定加工方案、规划加工路线、选择加工刀具、优化加工参数及增强加工系统刚性等,再利用SurfMill 软件获取加工刀路轨迹,后置处理后生成数控机床可识别的NC代码。最后在JDGR200机床上进行叶轮的五轴数控加工试 验和加工工艺验证,试验结果表明TC4整体式叶轮加工工艺的正确性和完整性。TC4整体式叶轮的数控加工工艺为同类叶 轮的制造加工提供了参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: limited machining space,substantial thin-wall deformation,and tool interference-the following steps were taken:First,by analyzing the machining difficulties inherent in the impellerʹs monolithic structure,a machining plan was formulated,machining paths were mapped out,cutting tools were selected,machining parameters were optimized,and the rigidity of the machining system was enhanced. Subsequently,SurfMill software was utilized to generate the machining toolpath trajectory,which was post-processed to produce NC code recognizable by CNC machine tools. Finally,five-axis CNC machining trials and process validation were conducted on the JDGR200 precision milling machine. Test results confirmed the correctness and completeness of the TC4 monolithic impeller machining process. This CNC machining methodology for monolithic TC4 impellers provides valuable reference and insights for manufacturing similar impellers.
