Model-Based Welding Design and Management for Hull Structure

  • 摘要: 传递效率低等诸多问题。本文依托于3D EXPERIENCE平台,构建了一套基于模型的船体结构焊接设计与焊缝信息管理系统。 该系统以船体生产设计模型为起点,以焊接全流程中数据传递为牵引,通过二次开发,打通了从船体生产设计、焊缝模型创建、 焊接工艺设计、焊缝物量统计和船体零件制造后处理等阶段的数据传递链路,从而实现了基于单一数据源的焊接快速设计 与高效管理。经实船应用验证,该系统能够有效打破数据孤岛、缝合船体焊接设计全流程,为船体结构焊接的数智化转型 提供了一种可落地的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: definition,non-standardized weld specifications,complex process design,disjointed workflow coordination,and inefficient data transmission. This paper develops a model-based welding design and weld information management system for hull structures on the 3D EXPERIENCE platform. Starting from the detailed hull design model and driven by full-process welding data flow,the system uses secondary development to streamline data transmission across hull production design, weld modeling,welding process design, weld quantity statistics,and post-processing for hull component manufacturing,thereby enabling rapid welding design and efficient management based on a single data source. Applied and verified in practical shipbuilding projects,the system effectively eliminates data silos and integrates the entire workflow of hull welding design,providing a feasible solution for the digital and intelligent transformation of hull structure welding.
