  • 摘要: 和门槛高等问题。为此,分析船舶行业贯穿孔标准和CATIA船舶模块开孔功能,提出参数化自动开孔方案。该方案相对于 传统的用户自定义特征方法,具有使用门槛低,设计效率高,错误率低等优势。在CATIA V5环境下,通过组件应用框架二 次开发,建立符合船舶贯穿孔行业标准的贯穿孔参数模型。该模型可提高贯穿孔功能的规范性和准确性,缩短用户自定义特 征的时间,在实际工程中有一定使用价值。经过实际项目验证,某船货舱段设计效率提升约26%,设计错误减少60%。

     

    Abstract: penetration holes using UDFs in knowledge engineering modules,a parametric automatic penetration hole solution was proposed by analyzing industry standards for ship penetration holes and the hole-making functionality of CATIAʹs ship module. Compared to the traditional UDF method,this solution offers the advantages of low user barriers,high design efficiency,and a low error rate. In the CATIA V5 environment,a parametric model compliant with industry standards for ship penetration holes was developed through CAA secondary development. This enhances the standardization and accuracy of penetration hole functionality,reduces the time required for users to create UDFs,and demonstrates practical value in real-world engineering applications.Verified through actual projects,the design efficiency of a certain cabin section has improved by approximately 26% and design errors have been reduced by 60%.
