Research on Intelligent Centering Technology and Equipment for GIS Disconnectors

  • 摘要: 引导、六维力感知与模糊推理规则的自适应导纳控制装配方法。首先,基于三维点云扫描技术实现导体的精确定位与抓取 放置;其次,利用安装在机械臂末端并经过重力补偿的六维力传感器实时采集对中装配过程中的接触力数据;最后,将力 感知数据作为模糊控制器的输入参数,通过模糊控制器自适应输出螺栓拧紧的工艺参数,实现随工况动态调整的装配控制。 试验结果表明,该设备能够实现±0.5mm的空间对中精度,装配节拍缩短至5min以内,实现了装检调一体化,有效提升 了装配效率。

     

    Abstract: switchgear disconnectors. To solve these problems,an adaptive admittance-controlled assembly method integrating 3D vision guidance,six-degree-of-freedom force sensing,and fuzzy inference rules is proposed. First,3D point cloud scanning technology is used to achieve precise positioning, grasping,and placement of the conductors. Second,a gravity-compensated six-axis force sensor mounted at the end of the robotic arm is used to collect real-time contact force data during the alignment and assembly process. Finally,the force sensing data are used as input parameters for a fuzzy controller, which adaptively outputs bolt-tightening process parameters to achieve assembly control that dynamically adjusts according to operating conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that the system achieves spatial alignment accuracy of ±0.5 mm,reduces the assembly cycle time to less than 5 minutes,and integrates assembly,inspection,and adjustment,thereby effectively improving assembly efficiency.
