Abstract:
switchgear disconnectors. To solve these problems,an adaptive admittance-controlled assembly method integrating 3D vision guidance,six-degree-of-freedom force sensing, and fuzzy inference rules is proposed. First,3D point cloud scanning technology is used to achieve precise positioning, grasping, and placement of the conductors. Second,a gravity-compensated six-axis force sensor mounted at the end of the robotic arm is used to collect real-time contact force data during the alignment and assembly process. Finally, the force sensing data are used as input parameters for a fuzzy controller, which adaptively outputs bolt-tightening process parameters to achieve assembly control that dynamically adjusts according to operating conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that the system achieves spatial alignment accuracy of ±0.5 mm,reduces the assembly cycle time to less than 5 minutes, and integrates assembly, inspection, and adjustment, thereby effectively improving assembly efficiency.
