Remote Operation and Maintenance Control Method for Power Equipment Based on Industrial Big Data Models

  • 摘要: 设备远程监测及运维系统智能化转型需求。首先,基于工业大模型,设计“云-边-端”协同的电力装备远程运维控制系 统架构,明确各层功能边界与交互方式。其次,从多模态数据治理、设备故障诊断方法、运维决策及安全执行机制方面分 析远程运维关键方法。最后,以某区域110kV变电站群为对象开展验证,结果表明该方法在故障诊断准确率与方案可用性 上均优于其他方法,端到端平均耗时满足工程实时性要求,可为电力装备远程运维从自动化向自主化演进提供可行的技术 路径。

     

    Abstract: devices,a remote operation and maintenance control method of power equipment based on industrial large model is proposed to meet the needs of remote monitoring of power equipment and intelligent transformation of operation and maintenance system. Firstly,based on the industrial model,the remote operation and maintenance control system architecture of power equipment based on‘cloud-edge-end’collaboration is designed,and the functional boundaries and interaction modes of each layer are defined. Secondly,the key methods of remote operation and maintenance are analyzed from the aspects of multi-modal data governance, equipment fault diagnosis method,operation and maintenance decision-making and security execution mechanism. Finally,the 110 kV substation group in a certain area is taken as the object to verify. The results show that the method is superior to other methods in fault diagnosis accuracy and scheme availability. The end-to-end average time consumption meets the real-time requirements of the project,which can provide a feasible technical path for the evolution of remote operation and maintenance of power equipment from automation to autonomy.
