Abstract:
carrier,this paper expounds the design and implementation of the intelligent manufacturing production line,including the process analysis and transformation of bearing end cover parts,the analysis of the processing workflow,the overall architecture design of the production line,hardware selection,virtual commissioning of the production line and the implementation of the entire production line. The results show that the design and implementation of the production line meet the production requirements and can realize a series of flexible production processes such as intelligent task assignment for parts orders,automatic transportation and loading/ unloading of parts,automatic processing of parts,intelligen:inspection of parts and intelligent storage of materials,which are automated,informatized and intelligent. It has a very good application value.
