The Design and Practice of an Intelligent Manufacturing Flexible Production Line for Engine Bearing End Cover Machining

  • 摘要: 工艺分析及变换、加工工作流程分析、产线的整体架构设计、硬件选型、产线虚拟调试及整条生产线实施。结果表明,该 产线设计实施满足生产要求,能实现零件订单智能任务下发、零件自动运输与上下料、零件自动加工、零件智能检测及物 料智能存储等一系列自动化、信息化和智能化的柔性生产,具有很好的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: carrier,this paper expounds the design and implementation of the intelligent manufacturing production line,including the process analysis and transformation of bearing end cover parts,the analysis of the processing workflow,the overall architecture design of the production line,hardware selection,virtual commissioning of the production line and the implementation of the entire production line. The results show that the design and implementation of the production line meet the production requirements and can realize a series of flexible production processes such as intelligent task assignment for parts orders,automatic transportation and loading/ unloading of parts,automatic processing of parts,intelligen:inspection of parts and intelligent storage of materials,which are automated,informatized and intelligent. It has a very good application value.
