Research on the Innovative Talent Training System for Intelligent Manufacturing Applied Talents under the New Engineering Perspective

  • 摘要: 局限性以及现有研究存在的不足,构建起“产教融合、四维协同”的创新培养体系。该体系以融入思政元素的“两性一度” 为基础,以产业需求为导向重构课程体系,以实践平台建设为支撑强化工程训练,以评价体系改革为保障提升培养质量。 通过一系列具体且可行的路径,为智能制造专业人才培养提供了可复制、可推广的宝贵经验,对推动教育改革和支撑制造 强国战略具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: has become increasingly urgent. Based on this reality,this paper deeply analyzes the limitations of traditional engineering education and the deficiencies of existing research, and constructs an innovative training system characterized by“industry-education integration and four-dimensional collaboration.”Rooted in the“three highs”principle (high-order thinking,innovative approaches,and challenging tasks) with integrated ideological and political elements,the system reconstructs curriculum based on industrial demands, strengthens engineering training through practice platform construction,and enhances training quality via evaluation system reform. Through a series of concrete and feasible pathways,this study provides valuable, replicable,and scalable experience for talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing,holding significant implications for advancing educational reform and supporting Chinaʹs manufacturing power strategy.
