Abstract: has become increasingly urgent. Based on this reality，this paper deeply analyzes the limitations of traditional engineering education and the deficiencies of existing research, and constructs an innovative training system characterized by“industry-education integration and four-dimensional collaboration.”Rooted in the“three highs”principle (high-order thinking，innovative approaches，and challenging tasks) with integrated ideological and political elements，the system reconstructs curriculum based on industrial demands， strengthens engineering training through practice platform construction，and enhances training quality via evaluation system reform. Through a series of concrete and feasible pathways，this study provides valuable, replicable，and scalable experience for talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing，holding significant implications for advancing educational reform and supporting Chinaʹs manufacturing power strategy.
