Research on Low-Code Twin System for Intelligent Manufacturing Production Lines

  • 摘要: 环境,实现了智能制造生产线管理系统与Unity WebGL的数据通信,解决了用户使用指令操控虚拟场景困难的问题,通过 测试与计算得到了延迟时间小于0.1s,位置精度小于0.1°的结论,实现了低延迟高精度的数字孪生功能,该技术可为制造 业数字化转型提供依据和参考。

     

    Abstract: production line as an example,a virtual model and its simulation operating environment were created,enabling data communication between the engineering intelligent control production line management system and Unity WebGL. This resolved the difficulties users encountered when manipulating virtual scenes with commands. Through testing and calculations,it was determined that the latency time is less than 0.1s and positional accuracy within 0.1°,achieving a low-latency,high-precision digital twin function. This technology provides a foundation and reference for the digital transformation of smart manufacturing.
