基于物联网的铁路大型机械作业安全隐患预警技术

Warning Technology for Safety Hazards in Large-Scale Railway Machinery Operations Based on the Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 提出基于物联网的铁路大型机械作业安全隐患预警技术。构建基于物联网的铁路大型机械作业安全隐患预警架构,该架构 中感知层通过无线传感器网络节点布局模块,科学部署各类传感器节点,并通过传输层将该数据上传至数据层;数据层对 铁路大型机械作业安全隐患数据进行预处理;应用层通过参数评估模块对经过数据层预处理后的铁路大型机械作业安全隐 患数据进行深入分析与评估。从而实现铁路大型机械作业安全隐患预警。试验结果显示,该方法能够有效采集铁路大型机 械作业过程中的多维度数据,且能够准确发布预警信号,在实际应用中具备较高的准确性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: great challenges to data collection in the process of safety hazard early warning. Therefore,a safety hazard early warning technology for railway large machinery operations based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed. An IoT-based safety hazard early warning architecture is constructed. In this architecture,the perception layer deploys various sensor nodes scientifically through a wireless sensor network node layout module,and uploads the collected data to the data layer via the transmission layer;the data layer preprocesses the safety hazard data of railway large machinery operations;the application layer conducts in-depth analysis and evaluation of the preprocessed safety hazard data through a parameter evaluation module. In this way,the safety hazard early warning for railway large machinery operations is realized. Experimental results show that this method can effectively collect multi-dimensional data during railway large machinery operations,accurately issue warning signals,and has high accuracy and reliability in practical applications.
