Abstract: warehousing，this study proposes a simulation method for shipping and receiving operations based on digital twin. On the basis of the overall architecture of the warehousing system based on digital twin，this solution converts object data into a digital twin model through 3D modeling software，and establishes an AGV path planning model using a grid map to accurately simulate the operating status，item location，and quantity of goods in the warehousing environment. Through experiments，the design scheme of this research institute can effectively achieve inventory rehearsal for receiving and shipping operations，with an overall efficiency improvement of 21%.
