基于拓扑优化的叶片五轴加工中心B轴锁紧结构 轻量化设计

Topology-Optimized Lightweight Design of the B-Axis Locking Structure for a Five-Axis Machining Center for Blades

  • 摘要: 锁紧结构的锁紧和松开动作。先对两个锁紧板进行静态结构分析和模态分析,再利用拓扑优化方法对两个锁紧板进行轻量 化设计,最后对优化前后的结构做对比分析。结果表明,优化后两个锁紧板的质量分别减轻了23.10%和13.93%,一阶固有 频率分别增长了12.09%和12.43%。最后通过试验验证了锁紧结构优化设计合理,该方法可为该类机床其他关键零部件及整 机优化设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: structure was designed. The locking and loosening actions of the locking structure were realized by locking and loosening the brake pads through two locking plates. Static structural analysis and modal analysis of the two locking plates were carried out. Two locking plates were designed to be lightweight using topological optimisation methods. The structures before and after optimisation were compared and analysed. The results showed that the mass of the two locking plates was reduced by 23.10% and 13.93% respectively, and the first-order intrinsic frequency increased by 12.09% and 12.43% respectively. Finally,the optimised design of the locking structure was verified by experiments. The method provided a reference for the optimised design of other key components and the whole machine tool of this type.
