Patent Analysis on Intelligent Manufacturing Technology for SMT

As a new generation of electronic assembly technology,surface mount technology（SMT） is one of the key technologies in the manufacture of modern electronic products.With the development of China’s manufacturing 2025,rising as a national strategy,intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction and the core technology of a new round of industrial revolution.The integration of SMT and intelligent manufacturing,the establishment of SMT intelligent manufacturing with efficiency,agile,flexibility and resource sharing,are the future developing direction of the electronic productsmanufacturing industry.They are also the important ways to improve the ability and level of manufacturing for SMT electronic products.In this paper,the patent status of SMT intelligent manufacturing in China was comprehensive analyzed from the aspects of the trend of the annual patent applications,the distribution of the patent types,the main patentees,the IPC technical field,the regional distribution,etc.And all the patents and information in China are searched on the Soo PAT.
