Research on the New Manufacturing Mode of Electric Commercial Vehicles Driven by Digital Technology

  • With the intensification of competition in the electric commercial vehicle market and the diversification of user demands, traditional manufacturing models have been facing challenges such as long research and development cycles, high production costs, and low quality consistency. The study systematically analyzes the application logic of digital technology in research and development, production, and supply chain links, proposes a new production and manufacturing model based on intelligent decision-making, and constructs a three in one implementation path of technology organization ecology.
