Mechanismanalysis onfracture of torque bolt

The fracture mechanism of bolt torque was analyzed and calculated in this paper. The reason of bolt fracture was found from the failure mode and fracture origin. It on the influencing factors of pre-tightening was seriatim analyzed. It found the relationship between the preload and the friction coefficient. The work made the technical reserve for all kinds of bolt torque and gave the precautionary measure.
