Low Floor Explosion-proof Rubber-tyred Vehicle Chassis Design and ADAMS Simulation

  • With reference to the chassis structure of bus and the actual demand of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle, it is proposed that a chassis for the trackless rubber tire vehicle with low floor and integral structure.Some related parameters, such as structural strength, shock absorption and stability, of simulative concavestructured axle based on the software of ADAMS, Solid Works, and Simulation were investigated. And then,the calculation methods for the design parameters of the chassis, road surface simulation modeling as well as the dynamic simulation analysis were obtained. Simultaneously, a new way for studying or improving the axle and chassis was provided.
