先进装备制造业的现场工程师人才培养问题与实践

Talent Cultivation and Practical Exploration of Field Engineers in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing

  • 摘要: 先进装备制造业是工业的核心,现场工程师项目是校企合作协同培养人才的一项举措。文章分析当前先进装备制造业的现场工程师培养实施在课程、师资、学生及校企合作等存在的问题。结合本校电气自动化技术专业现场工程师项目,构建“岗课”融合的课程体系,构建拥有共同利益的支持体系,并结合项目的具体实施阐述常州工业方案。

     

    Abstract: Advanced equipment manufacturing is the cornerstone of industrial development, and the Field Engineer Program serves as a collaborative school-enterprise initiative for talent cultivation. This study examines existing challenges in current field engineer training programs within advanced equipment manufacturing, including issues in curriculum design, faculty expertise, student engagement, and school-enterprise collaboration. Taking the Electrical Automation Technology specialty at our institution as an example, we propose a curriculum system integrating job roles with courses and establish a shared-interest support framework. The implementation of the Changzhou Industrial Model is elaborated through specific project practices, offering insights for optimizing field engineer training in similar contexts.
