Design and Development of an Intelligent Manufacturing Process Generation System Based on MBSE

  • 摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,生成式人工智能在制造业工艺设计领域的应用潜力逐渐显现。为满足现代制造业高频次、高复杂度的工艺设计需求,本文提出了一种基于MBSE 的制造工艺智能生成系统设计方法,结合MBSE 方法论,以工艺大模型为核心,设计研发了智能工艺生成系统并开展应用验证。验证结果表明,该系统能够显著提高工艺设计效率,缩短开发周期,为制造业智能化升级提供了新的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, the application potential of generative AI in manufacturing process design has become increasingly evident. To meet the demands of modern manufacturing for high-frequency and highly complex process design, this paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing process generation system design method based on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Integrating MBSE methodology with a large language model for process designing as the core, the study designs and develops an intelligent process generation system, followed by practical validation. The results demonstrate that the system significantly improves process design efficiency, shortens development cycles, and provides a new technological pathway for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing.
