Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, the application potential of generative AI in manufacturing process design has become increasingly evident. To meet the demands of modern manufacturing for high-frequency and highly complex process design, this paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing process generation system design method based on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Integrating MBSE methodology with a large language model for process designing as the core, the study designs and develops an intelligent process generation system, followed by practical validation. The results demonstrate that the system significantly improves process design efficiency, shortens development cycles, and provides a new technological pathway for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing.
