浅析军工产品外包生产管理工作的几个误区

Brief Analysis of Several Misunderstanding in Subcontract Production Management of Military Industrial Products

  • 摘要: 国内许多军工企业正在逐步壮大规模,力求在高标准严要求的军方市场中争得一席之地甚至更大的蛋糕,在此过程中军工企业的各个职能部门应迅速做出战略调整以适应和保障企业的外部需求。军工企业的生产制造部门必须向国际型大企业的先进生产制造模式取经,将生产外包这一种开放式管理的新模式引入到军工企业的生产制造部门。文章通过对生产制造外包的管理工作实践,总结出该项工作中一些看似平常却需要深入研究对待的关键节点和相应的控制方法。

     

    Abstract: Many domestic military industrial enterprises gradually develop and expand scale, and strive to gain a place or even bigger in the military market with high standard and strict requirement. In the process, every functional department in military industrial enterprises needs to make strategic adjustment to accommodate and guarantee external demands. Manufacturing departments of military industrial enterprises shall learn from the advanced manufacturing mode of international large enterprises, and introduce subcontract production as a new mode of opening management into the manufacturing departments of military industrial enterprises. In view of the work practice of the management of subcontract manufacturing, some key points which are seemingly ordinary but requiring intensive study and corresponding control methods have been summarized.
