Abstract: Geotextile layer vessels play a crucial role in transportation equipment engineering, particularly in channel regulation and coastal revetment projects. Based on the current development status and application scenarios of geotextile laying technology domestically and internationally, combined with the construction project of multi-functional intelligent geotextile layer vessels, this paper thoroughly discusses the core technologies of intelligent geotextile laying, including the automatic mooring and positioning system, filling device and automatic control system, intelligent lifting system, etc. It also develops technical requirements and functional additional notions for intelligent geotextile laying operation rules for the first time, filling the gap in normative standards in this field, and provide theoretical basis for intelligent geotextile laying operation and system development. The research in this paper has important value for the engineering practice of the construction and application of intelligent geotextile-laying vessels in China.
