Abstract:
intelligent manufacturing,have been widely applied,which poses new requirements for the cultivation of technical skills talents. Technical skills talents in the industrial robot industry possess distinct characteristics such as comprehensiveness, practicality, transferability,and collaboration. They are the key force supporting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Currently,the cultivation of technical skills talents in the industrial robot industry faces many practical problems in terms of supply- demand matching, curriculum system,teacher training,and industry-academia integration,which restrict the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation. In response to the development needs of the industry,a practical path for technical skills talent cultivation is proposed, including reconfiguring a stratified and categorized talent cultivation plan,constructing a diversified textbook system, building a high-level teaching staff team,and establishing a high-standard virtual-real integration training platform. This provides a reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation and serving the high-quality development of the industrial robot industry.
