工业机器人行业的技术技能人才培养问题与实践

The Issue and Practice of Cultivating Technical Skills for Personnel in the Industrial Robot Industry

  • 摘要: 工业机器人行业技术技能人才具备复合性、实践性、迁移性及协同性等鲜明特征,是支撑制造业高质量发展的关键力量。当前, 工业机器人行业技术技能人才培养在供需匹配、课程体系、师资建设及产教融合等方面面临诸多现实问题,制约人才培养 质量的提升。面向行业发展需求,提出重构分层分类人才培养方案、构建多元教材体系、打造高水平师资队伍并构建高标 准虚实融合实训平台的技术技能人才培养实践路径,为提升人才培养质量、服务工业机器人行业高质量发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: intelligent manufacturing,have been widely applied,which poses new requirements for the cultivation of technical skills talents. Technical skills talents in the industrial robot industry possess distinct characteristics such as comprehensiveness, practicality, transferability,and collaboration. They are the key force supporting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Currently,the cultivation of technical skills talents in the industrial robot industry faces many practical problems in terms of supply- demand matching, curriculum system,teacher training,and industry-academia integration,which restrict the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation. In response to the development needs of the industry,a practical path for technical skills talent cultivation is proposed, including reconfiguring a stratified and categorized talent cultivation plan,constructing a diversified textbook system, building a high-level teaching staff team,and establishing a high-standard virtual-real integration training platform. This provides a reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation and serving the high-quality development of the industrial robot industry.
