Based on the idea of concurrent engineering, through decomposing the maturity stage of product design and process, the concurrent mechanism of design and process collaboration is established. Stage process intervention in advance, to achieve NPI mode management improvement, design, process depth integration. In order to shorten the cycle of product development, the parallel and iterative production is carried out by means of parallel design and process preparation, and parallel process preparation and production preparation. At present, the conventional serial mode has been difficult to complete scientific research and production tasks. It has been verified by practice that the organization mode of parallel collaborative manufacturing can effectively shorten the development cycle and improve the quality of product development.
