基于设计制造并行的协同机加制造探索

  • 摘要: 随着航空技术快速发展,新研产品零件数量急剧增加,在产品详细设计完成后再进行工艺设计和生产加工的传统串行研发模式,因周期过长难以满足研制节点需求。基于并行工程思想,通过分解产品设计和工艺的成熟度阶段,以设计、工艺协同并行模式,在产品设计阶段工艺提前介入,实现NPI 模式管理改进,进行设计、工艺深度融合。通过设计与工艺并行、工艺准备与生产准备并行等措施,进行阶段式的并行、迭代生产,以达到缩短产品研制周期的目的。目前,常规的串行模式已经很难完成科研与生产任务,经过实践验证,以并行协同制造的组织模式开展产品研制工作,能有效缩短研制周期,提升产品研制质量,对于相似的产品研发过程,具有一定的推广应用价值。

In order to shorten the cycle of product development, the parallel and iterative production is carried out by means of parallel design and process preparation, and parallel process preparation and production preparation. At present, the conventional serial mode has been difficult to complete scientific research and production tasks. It has been verified by practice that the organization mode of parallel collaborative manufacturing can effectively shorten the development cycle and improve the quality of product development. It has certain application for similar product development.
