大数据视域下“工智融合”型人才培养路径研究

Research on the Talent Training Path of “Intelligence Integration” Type in the Context of Big Data

  • 摘要: 型人才培养面临的课程碎片化、产教合作浅表化等现实挑战,本文以“知识双螺旋”为核心理念,构建由基础打底、融合 深化与创新应用三个递进层次组成的知识双螺旋课程体系。此基础上,进一步配套建立涵盖五个维度的多元化评价指标体系。 纵向追踪数据显示,学生各能力维度均呈显著提升态势,其中工程实践与数据素养两个维度的增幅尤为突出。上述实践表 明,以课程融合为核心、校企协同为支撑的“工智融合”型培养路径能够有效促进工科学生向“工业问题解决者”角色转变, 可为工科院校探索复合型人才培养落地路径提供参考。

     

    Abstract: between engineering knowledge and data ability for the cultivation of engineering talents. In view of the practical challenges such as curriculum fragmentation and superficial cooperation between industry and education faced by the current“integration of industry and intelligence”talent training,this paper takes“knowledge double helix”as the core concept, and constructs a knowledge double helix curriculum system composed of three progressive levels : basic bottoming, integration deepening and innovative application. On this basis,a diversified evaluation index system covering five dimensions is further established. According to the longitudinal tracking data,studentsʹability dimensions have shown a significant improvement trend,especially in the two dimensions of engineering practice and data literacy. The above practice shows that the“integration of engineering and intelligence”training path with curriculum integration as the core and school-enterprise cooperation as the support can effectively promote the transformation of engineering students into the role of“industrial problem solvers”,which can provide reference for engineering colleges to explore the landing path of compound talent training.
