Design and Application of a Full-Process Database for Ring Rolling Technology

  • 摘要: 针对环形轧制工艺流程长、工艺设计难的问题,设计并开发了一种环轧工艺全流程数据库,其功能涵盖了数据模板定制、数据分析、图像识别和材料卡生成等。基于该数据库进行了微观图像快速量化分析和环轧工艺仿真材料卡批量生成的应用功能测试。通过在一种环轧材料的显微图像数据集上训练和测试 U-net 模型验证了深度学习与图像识别模块全部流程的可用性。通过对材料数据进行材料卡自动拟合,并利用获得的材料卡进行环形轧制仿真验证了数据库为有限元仿真提供材料卡的可行性。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of lengthy processes and complex design in ring rolling,a full-process database for ring rolling technology was designed and developed,incorporating functionalities such as data template customization,data analysis,image recognition,and material card generation. Functional tests were conducted for rapid microstructure image quantification and batch material card generation for ring rolling simulations. The U-Net model was trained and validated on a microstructure image dataset of a ring-rolled material to confirm the usability of the deep learning and image recognition modules. Additionally,automated material card fitting based on material data and subsequent ring rolling simulations using the generated cards verified the database’s capability to provide reliable inputs for finite element analysis.
