Abstract:
The intelligent cockpit has reconstructed the driving and riding experience through advanced multidimensional data analytics,yet concurrently introduced significant privacy security challenges.The processing of personal data in connected intelligent vehicles exhibits distinct characteristics including high technical interconnectivity,elevated sensitivity,and prominent dynamic generation.China has established a multi-tiered regulatory framework spanning fundamental legislation to specialized standards,demonstrating an evolving trend from general principle-based provisions towards scenario-specific refinements.However,current protection practices still confront critical dilemmas:conflicts between data acquisition requirements and the principle of data minimization,extended data circulation chains posing governance challenges,and the ineffectiveness of informed consent mechanisms in dynamic contexts.To address these challenges,this paper proposes threefold strategies:developing a novel data utilization paradigm that differentiates baseline essential data from value-added exchange data,establishing a multi-chain governance system centered on automotive manufacturers,and innovating contextualized dynamic authorization mechanisms.These approaches aim to achieve more granular compliance management and enhanced data protection in intelligent cockpit
