Research on Production Management and Control Digital Transformation Driven by "5G & Industrial Internet"

  • 摘要: 针对传统工业企业面临的运营成本高、信息化程度不足、生产协同灵活性不足等问题,对工业数字化转型进行深入分析,提出了5G +工业互联网的技术融合方案,围绕智能工厂行业各类业务数据实时交换的需求,引入边缘计算、INDICS 平台、数字孪生等技术,打造出具有传统企业的车间生产数据实时采集、工况协议自动解析、处理分析的车间级管控平台,并在智能制造工厂完成平台的集成应用与验证。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges faced by traditional industrial enterprises,such as high operational costs,insufficient informatization,and inadequate flexibility in production coordination,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of industrial digital transformation.It proposes a technical integration solution based on "5G &Industrial Internet".Focusing on the need for real-time exchange of diverse business data within smart factories,technologies including edge computing,the INDICS platform (Industrial Internet Cloud Platform,developed by Aerospace Cloud),and digital twin are introduced.This approach constructs a workshoplevel management and control platform capable of real-time data acquisition from traditional enterprise workshops,automatic parsing of operational protocols,and data processing/analysis.The platform's integration and validation were successfully completed within a smart manufacturing
