  • 摘要: 随着电动商用车市场竞争加剧与用户需求多样化,传统制造模式面临研发周期长、生产成本高、质量一致性低等挑战。本研究系统分析数智化技术在研发、生产、供应链环节的应用逻辑,提出基于智能决策的新型生产制造模式,并构建技术组织-生态三位一体的实现路径。研究表明,数智化技术驱动下的电动商用车全流程成本降低15%~30%,研发产品迭代速度提升50%以上,推动行业向柔性化、精益化转型;该研究为电动商用车数字化、智能化方面的升级改造提供有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: With the intensification of competition in the electric commercial vehicle market and the diversification of user demands, traditional manufacturing models have been facing challenges such as long research and development cycles, high production costs, and low quality consistency. The study systematically analyzes the application logic of digital technology in research and development, production, and supply chain links, proposes a new production and manufacturing model based on intelligent decision-making, and constructs a three in one implementation path of technology organization ecology. The research has shown that the digital technology driven, the full process cost has been reduced by 15%~30%, and the iteration speed of research and development products has been increased by more than 50% of electric commercial vehicles, and promote the industry's transformation towards flexibility and lean; The study provides useful reference for the upgrading and transformation of digitalization and intelligence of electric commercial vehicles.
