Application of PDPS Virtual Debugging of Power Product Line

  • 摘要: 本文以西门子PDPS仿真软件和Portal软件,应用PLCSIM高级仿真器,对动力生产线某工序自主设计的双层循环辊道进行联合调试,对S7-1500的控制程序进行虚拟验证,在设备安调前完成PLC和HMI程序的逻辑验证,实现电机伺服报文的解析,提前规避现场调试过程中存在控制逻辑和接近传感器布局问题,提升辊道上托盘的最大缓存量,并将联调完成的程序离线至现场设备,提高设备调试效率,大大缩短项目调试周期。

     

    Abstract: With the application of digital technology, virtual debugging technology plays a vital role in the debugging of production lines. This paper uses Siemens PDPS simulation software and Portal software, along with the PLCSIM Advanced simulator, to conduct joint debugging of a self-designed double-layer circulating roller table in a certain process of the power production line. It performs virtual verification of the S7-1500 control program and completes the logical verification of PLC and HMI programs before equipment installation and commissioning. The technology realizes the analysis of motor servo messages, avoids problems of control logic and proximity sensor layout in the field debugging process in advance, improves the maximum buffer of the pallet on the roller table, and offlines the completed program to the field equipment. This approach enhances equipment debugging efficiency and significantly shortens the project debugging period.
