Abstract:
The air conditioning system of a vaccine production workshop in Shandong Province is controlled by BMS. On the basis of meeting the actual cleanliness requirements of the production workshop, in order to improve the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning system in the workshop and comprehensively meet the control requirements of actual production and low-carbon energy conservation in the workshop, a centralized energy-saving control system (computer room group control) is adopted, and corresponding system control cabinets are arranged in the computer room to comprehensively and intelligently track, control and manage the energy efficiency of various links such as the air conditioning chiller unit and water circulation system, achieving good energy-saving operation and equipment management of the central air conditioning system. The performance indicators of the air conditioning unit meet the initial design requirements, and at the same time, various information data of the unit can be uploaded in real time to the factory information management system.
