面向盒体类零件的智能化柔性生产线的设计研究

Design and Research of an Intelligent Flexible Production Line for Box-Type Parts

  • 摘要: 摘要:盒体类零件是电子装备制造业大量使用的一类重要零件,针对当前企业盒体类零件生产存在的诸多问题,根据盒体产品加工工艺和多品种、小批量加工特点,建设一条含立式加工中心、钻孔攻丝加工中心、工业机器人在内的智能化柔性生产线,本文详细介绍了生产线的布局组成、加工工艺和工作流程,实现零件上下料、数控程序传输、机床程序起停、工件坐标系建立、机内自动对刀和机床数据采集等环节的自动化,从而达到盒体类零件的自动化生产,能够提升机床利用率、提高生产效率、保障零件加工质量。该生产线的建设实施可对电子行业智能化车间建设提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Box-type parts are critical components widely used in the electronics equipment manufacturing industry. Aiming to address the challenges in current production processes for box-type parts, such as multi-variety and small-batch processing characteristics, this study proposes the development of an intelligent flexible production line incorporating vertical machining centers, drilling and tapping centers, and industrial robots. This paper details the layout, processing techniques, and workflow of the production line. Automation is achieved in key stages including part loading/unloading, CNC program transmission, machine tool start/stop control, workpiece coordinate system setup, in-machine automatic tool calibration, and machine data acquisition. The implementation of this system enables automated production of box-type parts, significantly enhancing machine tool utilization, improving production efficiency, and ensuring machining quality. The construction of this production line provides a valuable reference for the development of intelligent workshops in the electronics industry.
