Low Floor Explosion-proof Rubber-tyred Vehicle Chassis Design and ADAMS Simulation

  • 摘要: 参考地面客车的底盘结构,结合煤矿无轨胶轮车的实际需求,提出了一种低地板整体式结构的无轨胶轮车用底盘,并基于ADAMS、Solidworks及Simulation进行了底盘及路面仿真建模,进行了相关动力学仿真分析,得到了该类型底盘的设计参数计算方法,为无轨胶轮车底盘的研究及优化提供了一种新方法。

     

    Abstract: With reference to the chassis structure of bus and the actual demand of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle, it is proposed that a chassis for the trackless rubber tire vehicle with low floor and integral structure.Some related parameters, such as structural strength, shock absorption and stability, of simulative concavestructured axle based on the software of ADAMS, Solid Works, and Simulation were investigated. And then,the calculation methods for the design parameters of the chassis, road surface simulation modeling as well as the dynamic simulation analysis were obtained. Simultaneously, a new way for studying or improving the axle and chassis was provided.
