石油石化行业场景驱动的智能工厂系统研究与展望

Research and Prospects of Scenario-Driven Smart Factory Systems in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

  • 摘要: 随着新质生产力的蓬勃发展,石油石化企业积极响应国家号召,聚焦加速新型工业化,致力构建制造强国、质量强国、网络强国及数字中国等战略任务,布局开展了智能工厂建设。虽然在局部场景和个别环节上取得了一定成效,但也存在智能工厂建设系统性不强、数字化技术供给碎片化、核心场景覆盖不足及价值成效不显著等问题。本文面向石油石化类工厂核心场景的业务需求,研究形成统一的数据架构、平台底座和十大应用模块,提出了石油石化行业“数据 + 平台 + 应用”的智能工厂系统整体方案,并对智能工厂发展方向进行了展望。通过智能工厂系统建设,升级了运营模式,提升了工作时效,降低了人员成本,同时提高了生产的安全性和质量的可靠性,为企业塑造核心竞争能力提供了坚实保障。

     

    Abstract: With the vigorous development of new quality productive forces,petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have actively responded to national strategies,focusing on accelerating new industrialization and advancing the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse,quality-driven economy,cyber powerhouse,and digital China. While progress has been made in localized scenarios and specific processes,challenges persist,including fragmented digital technology integration,insufficient coverage of core scenarios,and limited value realization. This study addresses the operational demands of core scenarios in petroleum and petrochemical plants by proposing a unified data architecture,platform foundation,and ten application modules. A holistic smart factory system framework based on the “Data + Platform + Application” model is established,and future development directions are explored. The implementation of this system has optimized operational models,enhanced work efficiency,reduced labor costs,and improved production safety and quality reliability,thereby providing a robust foundation for cultivating core competitiveness in enterprises.
