数字化知识管理模式赋能企业智能制造研究

Digital Knowledge Management Model Empowering Intelligent Manufacturing in Enterprises

  • 摘要: 智能制造是推动制造企业高质量发展的必由之路,知识管理是实施智能制造的关键抓手。基于知识构建的业务决策模型可进一步促进制造企业智能化提升。本研究通过搭建制造企业知识管理的框架,梳理制造企业的知识目录体系,为企业的知识赋予统一标签,规范化企业知识管理的过程,建立统一的知识库,应用知识图谱能力,构建出业务和技术融合的体系化知识管理模式,规范了制造企业知识管理从识别到应用的全过程,进一步指导知识管理的设计及落地,促进知识服务化、业务智能化提升。

     

    Abstract: Digital Knowledge Management Model Empowering Intelligent Manufacturing in Enterprises Chongkai Zhong, Lingyu Sun, Jinhao Zhang*, Jiayao Li (Planning and Strategy Division, China Academy of Industrial Internet, Beijing 100102, China) Intelligent manufacturing is an essential pathway to drive high-quality development in manufacturing enterprises, while knowledge management serves as a critical enabler for its implementation. Business decision models based on knowledge can further enhance the intelligent capabilities of manufacturing enterprises. This study establishes a framework for enterprise knowledge management, systematically organizes knowledge directories, assigns unified tags to knowledge assets, standardizes knowledge management processes, and constructs a unified knowledge repository. By leveraging knowledge graph technology, a systematic knowledge management model integrating business and technical domains is developed. This model standardizes the entire lifecycle of knowledge management - from identification to application - and provides actionable guidance for the design and implementation of knowledge management systems. The proposed approach facilitates knowledge servitization and promotes intelligent business.
