  • 摘要: 当下,以新技术智能化应用为代表的制造业产业升级如火如荼、方兴未艾,成为制造业智能化转型升级、提质增效的手段和工具,是国家推进智能制造战略的关键。基于新技术构建企业智能车间是制造业转型的重要途径和必然选择。核燃料元件生产企业作为我国核燃料循环产业链中最重要的一环,是铸国之利器,筑核电粮仓的重要保障力量,其生产制造的先进性直接影响着我国核工业在智能制造中的大国地位和优势。本文通过对核燃料元件企业智能车间建设目的、现状分析,构建智能车间建设蓝图、实施路径,并对智能车间未来趋势进行了探讨和展望,以期对我国核燃料元件生产企业智能化转型升级提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: Currently,the industrial upgrading of manufacturing,represented by the intelligent application of emerging technologies,is advancing rapidly and has become a critical means for intelligent transformation,quality enhancement,and efficiency improvement in the manufacturing sector. It serves as a cornerstone of national strategies to promote smart manufacturing. Building intelligent workshops based on new technologies is both a vital pathway and an inevitable choice for manufacturing transformation. As the most crucial link in China’s nuclear fuel cycle industry chain,nuclear fuel element manufacturing enterprises play a pivotal role in forging national strategic assets and ensuring the security of nuclear power resources. The advancement of their production processes directly impacts China’s global leadership and competitive edge in intelligent manufacturing within the nuclear industry. This study analyzes the objectives and current status of intelligent workshop construction in nuclear fuel element enterprises,proposes a blueprint and implementation roadmap,and explores future trends. The findings aim to provide insights and references for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of nuclear fuel element manufacturers in China.
