“人工智能+物流”赋能物流装备制造企业 发展研究

Research on “Artificial Intelligence + Logistics” Promoting the Development of Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

  • 摘要: 可驱动全节点的智能产品开发、多样化的产业虚拟集聚、柔性化的制造方式转型与多元化的复合业态重构,赋能物流装备 制造企业转型升级。然而,关键核心技术的安全困局、物流数据共享的流动壁垒、生产执行单元的系统滞后与企业深度转 型的成本高企等问题并存,阻碍“人工智能+物流”赋能物流装备制造企业发展的效能发挥。对此,从突破关键核心技术 壁垒、建立健全数据共享机制、升级生产执行单元架构与优化企业升级支持机制方面提出建议,为物流装备制造企业适应“人 工智能+”物流提供参考。

     

    Abstract: development of logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises. From a logical perspective,“AI + logistics”can drive the development of intelligent products across all nodes,diversify virtual agglomeration of industries,transform flexible manufacturing methods,and reconstruct diversified composite business models,empowering logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises to undergo transforma- tion and upgrading. However,issues such as the security dilemma of key core technologies,barriers to the flow of logistics data shar- ing,system lags in production execution units,and high costs associated with deep transformation of enterprises coexist,hindering the effectiveness of“AI+logistics”in empowering the development of logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises. In response, suggestions are made to break through barriers in key core technologies,establish and improve data sharing mechanisms,upgrade the architecture of production execution units,and optimize enterprise upgrading support mechanisms,providing a reference for logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises to adapt to “AI+” logistics.
