飞机起落架系统故障模拟仿真与验证

Simulation and Validation of Aircraft Landing Gear System Failures

  • 摘要: 随着现代工程技术的不断发展,航空行业的需求日益增加,飞机起落架及其子系统部件的迭代速度越来越快,复杂程度也越来越高。然而,现有的物质条件及工程能力无法高效灵活地完成短工期且大量的实物实验。本文通过Simulink 与SolidWorks 的联合仿真实现飞机起落架收放子系统的仿真及其可视化,并在此基础上进行了起落架收放功能的故障模拟仿真与验证,在可视化模型上依然对故障工况进行了模拟。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous advancement of modern engineering technology, the aviation industry is experiencing growing demands. The iteration speed of aircraft landing gears and their subsystem components is accelerating, accompanied by increasing complexity. However, existing material conditions and engineering capabilities are insufficient to efficiently and flexibly conduct a large number of physical tests within short deadlines. This paper utilizes co-simulation between Simulink and SolidWorks to achieve simulation and visualization of the aircraft landing gear retraction subsystem. On this basis, fault simulation and verification of the landing gear retraction function are conducted, including the simulation of fault conditions on the visual.
