Abstract:
To address the production model, management characteristics, and practical business requirements within the discrete manufacturing industry, particularly in the electronic equipment manufacturing sector, establishing an institute-level Manufacturing Execution System (MES) has become imperative. This system, designed with a multi-tiered architecture to decouple process flows from business logic, fulfills four core functions: production management, resource management, data collection, and basic data management. It provides timely information feedback to departments including planning, production, quality, and process engineering. Furthermore, it enables the integration of the digital chain connecting design, process engineering, and manufacturing, thereby achieving the objectives of transparent production and lean management control.
