Design of a Manufacturing Execution System for Electronic Equipment Enterprises Based on MES

  • 摘要: 针对在离散制造行业,尤其是电子装备制造行业的生产模式、管理特点和实际业务需求,建设一个院所级的生产制造执行系统成为当务之急,该系统基于多层架构,消除系统流程和业务逻辑之间的耦合,承担生产管理、资源管理、数据采集和基础数据管理等四部分功能,可以同时为计划、生产、质量和工艺等部门提供及时信息反馈,实现设计、工艺、制造数字链路贯通,从而达成生产透明化和精益化管控目标。

     

    Abstract: To address the production model, management characteristics, and practical business requirements within the discrete manufacturing industry, particularly in the electronic equipment manufacturing sector, establishing an institute-level Manufacturing Execution System (MES) has become imperative. This system, designed with a multi-tiered architecture to decouple process flows from business logic, fulfills four core functions: production management, resource management, data collection, and basic data management. It provides timely information feedback to departments including planning, production, quality, and process engineering. Furthermore, it enables the integration of the digital chain connecting design, process engineering, and manufacturing, thereby achieving the objectives of transparent production and lean management control.
