Abstract:
In the Industry 4.0 era, the wave of digital transformation is driving fundamental changes in global manufacturing systems. Through comprehensive integration of new-generation information technologies and advanced manufacturing techniques, production systems progressively achieve intelligent perception, autonomous decision-making, and collaborative optimization, establishing a cyber-physical integrated digital manufacturing ecosystem. Addressing pain points in the electronics industry's digital transformation—such as unstable networks, incomplete equipment metadata, and missing workpiece manufacturing history—this paper proposes an Industrial IoT-based system to enhance manufacturing history traceability. This system improves production transparency and product quality by: Constructing highly stable, real-time, and reliable data transmission network infrastructure; Establishing communication between equipment and data acquisition driver services; Standardizing data exchange protocols between equipment and data servers; Building traceability metadata to support report queries and visual dashboards. The system enables rapid anomaly localization and provides real-time data support, offering robust technical foundations for intelligent and digital transformation in electronics.
