  • 摘要: 通过分析船舶配套企业的产品研发设计特点及一体化设计需求,结合产品数字化研发设计、信息系统的发展方向和船舶配套企业的生产制造要求,构建一套基于PDM系统的协同设计平台。重点对协同设计平台建设中的总体架构、关键技术、功能设计及协同模式进行了研究和深入分析,为平台在船舶配套企业真正落地应用建设奠定坚实基础。该平台的落地应用,将有效打破企业内部信息孤岛,通过数据驱动实现设计流程的优化重组,显著提升企业对客户个性化需求的响应速度,增强产品研发设计的科学性与高效性,最终赋能船舶配套企业在激烈的市场竞争中构建技术创新优势,巩固核心竞争力。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the product research and development design characteristics and integrated design requirements of ship supporting enterprises, combined with the development direction of digital product research and development design and information systems, and the production and manufacturing requirements of ship supporting enterprises, a collaborative design platform based on PDM system is constructed. We have conducted in-depth research and analysis on the overall architecture, key technologies, functional design, and collaborative mode of the collaborative design platform construction, laying a solid foundation for the platform to be truly implemented and applied in ship supporting enterprises. The landing application of this platform will effectively break down the internal information silos of enterprises, optimize and restructure the design process through data-driven approaches, significantly improve the response speed of enterprises to personalized customer needs, enhance the scientific and efficient nature of product research and development design, and ultimately empower ship fitting enterprises to build technological innovation advantages and consolidate core competitiveness in fierce market competition.
