特高压换流阀水冷滤芯多模式智能清洁系统 设计与研制

Design and Development of Intelligent Cleaning System for Water Cooling Filter Element of Ultra-High Voltage Converter Valve

  • 摘要: 清洁方式;其次从功能、动力机构、主要模块构成和整体结构方面,设计了一种专用于阀水冷系统滤芯的智能清洁系统, 研究了相关智能清洁策略;最后基于所给设计方案,研制了相关系统,并选取某换流站阀冷系统滤芯和相关部件,进行了 试验验证。结果表明,所设计系统清洁效率和智能化程度高、人员工作强度低,能够对部件无死角、无损伤清洁,具有较 大的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: station in China,firstly,composition of valve water cooling system and existing cleaning methods of filter element are analyzed. Secondly,from aspects of function, power mechanism,main module composition and overall structure, an intelligent cleaning system for filter elements of valve water cooling systems is designed,and relevant intelligent cleaning strategies are studied. Finally, arelated system is developed based on the given design scheme,and filter elements and related components of valve cooling system in a converter station are selected for experimental verification. The results show that the designed system has high cleaning efficiency and intelligence,low staff work intensity,and can clean the parts without dead angle and damage which has great engineering application value.
