Abstract:
station in China,firstly,composition of valve water cooling system and existing cleaning methods of filter element are analyzed. Secondly,from aspects of function, power mechanism,main module composition and overall structure, an intelligent cleaning system for filter elements of valve water cooling systems is designed,and relevant intelligent cleaning strategies are studied. Finally, arelated system is developed based on the given design scheme,and filter elements and related components of valve cooling system in a converter station are selected for experimental verification. The results show that the designed system has high cleaning efficiency and intelligence,low staff work intensity,and can clean the parts without dead angle and damage which has great engineering application value.
