Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor consistency,low temperature control precision,low production efficiency and high energy consumption in the traditional pumping rod forging process,we have developed an automatic temperature-controlled forging and heating frame for pumping rods based on intelligent technology.This equipment integrates the functions of automatic loading,precise heating and automatic discharging,and realizes the high degree of automation and precise temperature control of the forging process through the introduction of PLC control system,touch-type human-machine interface,and IGBT intermediate-frequency power supply.Experimental results show that the equipment significantly reduces the over-firing rate,down to 0.8%,while increasing the output per unit time by about 40%and energy efficiency by more than 20%.This technology not only improves product quality and production efficiency,but also reduces energy consumption,which has a wide potential for industrial application.
