抽油杆自动控温式智能锻造加热料架研发与应用

Research, Development and Application of Pumping Rod Automatic Temperature Control Type Intelligent Forging Heating Material Frame

  • 摘要: 针对传统抽油杆锻造工艺存在的一致性差、温控精度低、生产效率低和能耗高等问题,研发了基于智能化技术的抽油杆自动控温式锻造加热料架。该设备集成自动上料、精确加热及自动下料功能,通过引入PLC控制系统、触摸式人机界面及IGBT中频电源,实现了锻造工艺的高度自动化和精确控温。实验结果表明,该设备显著降低了过烧率,最低可达0.8%,同时单位时间产量提高约40%,能效提升20%以上。此项技术不仅提升了产品质量和生产效率,还减少了能耗,具有广泛的工业应用潜力。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor consistency,low temperature control precision,low production efficiency and high energy consumption in the traditional pumping rod forging process,we have developed an automatic temperature-controlled forging and heating frame for pumping rods based on intelligent technology.This equipment integrates the functions of automatic loading,precise heating and automatic discharging,and realizes the high degree of automation and precise temperature control of the forging process through the introduction of PLC control system,touch-type human-machine interface,and IGBT intermediate-frequency power supply.Experimental results show that the equipment significantly reduces the over-firing rate,down to 0.8%,while increasing the output per unit time by about 40%and energy efficiency by more than 20%.This technology not only improves product quality and production efficiency,but also reduces energy consumption,which has a wide potential for industrial application.
